The term Ayurveda originated from two words 'Ayur' and 'Veda', meaning the science of life.
In Ayurveda physicians classify a patients health based on the degree of imbalance of three doshas namely Vata, Pitha and Kapha.
'Vata' is that which constitutes bodily movement and activity. 'Pitha' is the entire biochemical process operating in a body and
'Kapha' is the entire physical volume in living organism.
At Lake Palace, Ayurveda is practiced true to its spirit and substance by a team of well experienced doctor and masseurs.
Built in the traditional "nalukettu" style, the centre ensures 100% hygenic and dust free conditions. A host of Ayurvedic
treatments and packages are offered at the Ayurvedic center attached to the resort in a tranquil and rejuvenating ambience conducive for rejuvenation and healing.
We offer all curative and restorative therapies in association with Sahyadri Ayurveda Division , an enterprise committed to provide authentic ayurveda.
Specially prepared ayurvedic diet is also provided.Variety of therapies including Ayurvedic bath are at disposal to soothe and recharge your physical, mental and spiritual forces.
Swimming Pool
Floating on a pool of water, the swimming pool at Lake Palace is an engineering marvel. Situated in the middle of a private lake, it provides endless vistas for relaxing and sun bath. will be served with beverages and snacks in this area. A mini swimming pool for children is provided as an extension of the main pool.
